Which software are you using?

There are categories for #other-languages . Posting in your native language is preferable to very broken English (even if you're trying to improve - highly technical subjects are not the best way to learn English).

I don't know what you tried so far, but this command should work for you:
VBoxManage startvm "mikrotik"

To add that to the host startup, create the file mikrotik_vb_startup.desktop (but you can chose whatever name you want), and add this lines to it:

[Desktop Entry]
Name=mikrotik
Type=Application
Exec=VBoxManage startvm "mikrotik"
Terminal=false
Icon=virtualbox
Comment=start mikrotik virtual machine at startup

Save it and reboot.
