Hello, I was trying to clone my linux drive to a bigger one with clonezilla but it was failing because there was a MBR and GPT file system on my drive.
I deleted the GPT part since it showed up as demaged and I left my MBR untouched. The cloning was successful apart from grub not getting coppied.
Now I cannot boot into any of the drives, only a blinking “_” appears.
I have a live USB with manjaro and I’m trying to restore grub, but I can’t quite figure it out. 
Also I think my efi is missing?

so you have both drives connected right now? maybe thats the issue, since they are exact copies of each other with the same uuids?
It didn’t boot when I detached the new drive either.
so was grub on the gpt or what? what was on the gpr partition?

One is on a sata 120GB SSD and the other on a USB samsung drive.

if the sdd is the usb one, it has only one partition, and since you are on efi, you can forget about reinstalling grub, because of the missing partition, you have to create it manually…
however, since you are on uefi you dont need grub to boot, you can boot directly from you uefi boot options, likely by pressing f12 during boot, or some other key, specific for your pc, so try booting like that…
if it fails, disconnect the usb one, and boot only with the ssd and post output from:
