I cannot add a new thread

I have looked everywhere for the button to start a new thread, it is not there. The real is with Pamac. When I try to download Spyder alone or with other software, It almost immediately locks up, Without Spyder, I can download anything. sorry for this, but there is no ‘Start a new Topic’. Any help will be appreciated.

You may check for open issues of Pamac or create one, if still there.

New topic button is only visible in home page but not inside other topics.
