I am unable to access my usb stick, how do i fix this error?

Error mounting /dev/sda1 at /run/media/ae/NTFS: Unknown error when mounting /dev/sda1.

This happens whenever i try to access the usb, how do i fix it i cant find help anywhere?

Fix it on Windows. Linux cannot check ntfs filesystems.

I dont use windows, only linux

Maybe try to check health:

smartctl -x /dev/sda

Only tool is ntfsfix, but doesn’t repair anything. It just removes some blockers.
