when type htop in on one core show always 100% usage
is this persistent? or does the 100 percent on one core go away. This happens on windows 10 too, where the cpu is briefly at 100 percent. I think this might be the computer gathering info and getting everything ready to present, not an issue and not exclusive to linux but all computers
