The current way to set wallpaper/login screen background needs user to go through multiple menus. It would be nice to have an option to set wallpaper/login screen background when right clicking an image.
Yes, this would be nice, but I think if the Features like this would all be integrated the dolphin menu would be tooooo long.
But when you start Dolphin press ctrl+shift+, you go to the second-last and click on „Download new services“
You can download a few servicec.

…meh … about the same as changing the regular wallpaper or anything else.
With the default Meta/‘Super’ key mapped to menu its something like
Meta+Type "sddm" or "login"+Enter

KDE team has accepted the request and the request has been split into three parts.
- Set wallpaper from RMB context menu in Gwenview.
- Set wallpaper from image RMB context menu in dolphin.
- Set login screen from image RMB context menu in dolphin.
