I’m going to install Manjaro on my Surface GO 2, but I can’t seem to find the ISO .
Does someone on this forum now where the ISO can be downloaded from ?
Processor:
Intel(R) Core™ m3-8100Y CPU @ 1.10GHz, 1608 Mhz, 2 kärnor, 4 logiska processorer
Where else? 
But is there a ISO specially for Surface GO2 ?
No, there is not. Why do you think there would be?

Or is everything in the kernel and is going automatic on install of usual ISO ?
you can install the Manjaro ISO on Surface laptops fluently. It will work very well. If you need better support, please look at GitHub - linux-surface/linux-surface: Linux Kernel for Surface Devices
