How to upgrade KDE desktop like for example: KDE version 1 to KDE version 2

I don’t understand the question regarding KDE 1/2, anyway, you just update the system and you get synchronized with current repositories state.

Nope i didn’t do any update to the system or anything, I wanna know if we can update our desktop environment, is it possible?

sudo pacman -Syyu

or via Pamac GUI

If you mean update only KDE without updating system then no, it’s impossible.

Unless you purposely installed an old version – from AUR for instance – you will automatically get the latest version by updating.

As others have arleady said: update your system and you will have the latest version available on your branch. There is no further “upgradng versions”.
