How to set touchscreen moves, gestures

I want to set touchscreen gestures, for example moving finger over page instead of scrolling ( similar like it was on phone) .

Also long press on desktop for menu (like on mouse right click)

It worked on Xfce but now on KDE no.

2 question, can I somehow disable touchscreen ? Sometimes I dont need it, to save battery

Install xinput-toggle, firstly. Then you can add following command in Keyboard Shortcut Setting.

xinput-toggle -r <Your_Touchscreen_Name>

Is this a answer for the first or for the second question?
