How to set the default folder navigator to Nautilus after switching user from KDE?

Currently the Gnome Shell extension Places Status Indicator opens the locations in Dolphin and I want them to be opened in Nautilus.

The perils of switching DE is all those configs which still following the old DE.

It is usually configured in ~/.config/mimeapps.list but as you mention a switch from KDE - it could be anywhere.

Also check in ~/.local/share look for anything releated to mime definitions.

I’ve found in ~/.config/mimeapps.list this line:

inode/directory=org.kde.dolphin.desktop;code-oss.desktop;

but where do I find the identifier for Nautilus so that I can use it in this line?

Thank you!

org.gnome.nautilus.desktop worked for me!

Thank you!
