How to set a shortcut to meta+scroll-up/down in KDE Plasma

Hello there,
Is it possible to change the zoom in/out shortcut from meta+= / meta+- to meta+scroll-up / meta+scroll-down in KDE Plasma?
It was like that in cinnamon.
