How to review the PKGBUILD with the Pamac CLI?

With the pamac GUI I know I can review and edit the PKGBUILD of a package before installing it, but is there any way to do the same with the pamac command line?

Instead of just typing “pamac build” and installing it right away, I would like to review or edit the PKGBUILD before.

The last two lines you get prompted with, when you are building anything with the help of
pamac build
are:

Edit build files : [e] 
Apply transaction ? [e/y/N]

So, instead of just choosing to put “y”
have you tried to put “e”? :wink:
