If it is not by default, how to set it to the default category?
I don’t see what you mean by default category.
If you right click on the Application Menu icon, you can choose to edit the menu.
You can expand all categories listed and move as you wish the applications, with drag & drop, or with cut/paste method.
It’s there just because it’s desktop file doesn’t have any category.
