How to paste a file in /etc/x11/xorg.conf.d

I need help.
i found a way to stop video tearing and stuttering, so i need to make a file and paste it to /etc/x11/xorg.conf.d but it keeps saying access denied.

can someone help me pls how can i gain access and paste a file in that folder.

You’ll have to do it as root to paste into etc so use sudo

And one more questio.
can i add one more file into /etc/x11/xorg.conf.d?, but for AMD gpu?
because i add 5 min before for intel gpu
Section “Device”
Identifier “Intel Graphics”
Driver “intel”
Option “TearFree” “true”
EndSection

so can i do the same but just for amd, cuz i have laptop with intel uhd and dedicated amd radeon
