How to install pamac-cli

Is there an easy way to install pamac-cli from the AUR for a non-Manjaro Arch Linux machine (without already having some other AUR helper installed)?

If not, it would be nice if perhaps there was some shell script like

curl https://pamac.manjaro.org | sh

You can download the tarball from the AUR page and install the the Arch way, with makepkg.

I was daunted by the list of dependencies, but in this case it appears none are from AUR so this turned out to be easy. I should have looked first. (When dependencies are also from AUR though…)
