How to install i3-wm over KDE?

Hi!

I have started reading this i3 - ArchWiki. I installed the package and I do not know what to do next. I do not want to break my current KDE installation. Any help is appreciated!

Log out and select the i3 desktop (left bottom)

I get this:

Error: status_command not found or is missing a library dependency (exit 127)

before the login screen disappears, and it does not disappear.

Anyway, I think I’ll use GitHub - esjeon/krohnkite: A dynamic tiling extension for KWin , it seems to have what I need (moving windows in arrow keys’ directions).
