How to install Grub2 in a BIOS/FakeRaid0

As the title suggests I am trying to install Manjaro in a Intel RST ( Bios/ FakeRaid0) …

The installer works flawlessy up until the point where grub were supposed to install into the system.

After some trials and some internet reading I get to the point to make a small “/boot” partition inside the fakeraid…
but even then it did not work …

Most of the information available is outdated and even inconclusive…

Tried installing several other distros ( ArchBang, Mint, CentOs) and all failed at the grub install part …

I noticed something diferent on my setup from the related cases available from the internet…

When calling gparted I get something like /dev/md126p1 ; /dev/md126p2 ( partitions )
and also the /dev/sda /dev/sdd ( individual HDDs ) …

I tried both single HDDs and /dev/md126 as Grub “boot installation place” …
Also tried to make a /boot partition but also with no sucess …

Grub2 reports not be able to identify the /dev/md126 device …

Somewhere I read that I need to add mdadm as hook for the kernel and then “install” grub in /dev/mapper/yxyy …

Does the /dev/md126 make any difference with /dev/mapper/xysy ?

Did anyone sucessed in installing Manjaro in such configuration ?
