How can I import public gpg manjaro-keyring ?

That’s the one in your home directory. You just repeat the same actions you did before to configure gpg
and re-import any keys…
This won’t affect system updates (and that’s what manjaro-keyring
package is about) as those do not use your personal keyring and/or configuration.
