How to have Files opening the tabs from the last session?

I’m puzzled that there doesn’t seem to be a way to tell Gnome’s Files (formerly Nautilus) to open the tabs from the previous session at startup, instead of opening the home folder. I’ve searched a bit, but the fact the app is named “Files” makes it very search-engine-unfriendly. It’s a feature I liked a lot in Dolphin.

If this option is not present in Files, are there alternative file managers with this feature?

The actual application name is nautilus. Try searching with that. It might not an implemented feature though.

I had searched using “nautilus” as well, but there doesn’t seem to be anything. It’s a pity.

Short: not supported, but like anything, you can script it anyway to kinda work, but not really
