Can't turn on network time option on Date & Time option

When I turn on Network Time option from Date & Time it does nothing and when I open up Date & Time, It’s turned off again, I’ve used Cinnamon on Linux Mint before, this wasn’t an issue there, anyone know what’s going on?

What is the output of

timedatectl status

You can use systemd-timesyncd (preferred method on Manajro) or the good old ntpd to use NTP to udpate your time.
