Nbfc aka notebook fancontrol doesn't work properly

I’m not sure that this is right question. My base question is a little bit complicated. My laptop have two/hybrid graphical cards (onboard Intel and discrete Nvidia). So to use them switchable, I installed Nvidia Optimus. It’s working and I’ve no problem with it but annoying thing is sound of fan, it’s always on. That’s why I’ve installed a third party app (nbfc aka notebook fancontrol). The issue is getting arise here, at some boots nbfc was able to control fan speed but on the others wasn’t. I checked boot log and one difference caught my attention. I’m not sure the root of issue is whether HDA controller or not but it may be. In short, how to disable nvidia for HDA controller?

no problem case:
journalctl -b | grep ‘Enabling HDA controller’
Oct 17 21:17:03 hoobastank-pc kernel: pci 0000:01:00.0: Enabling HDA controller

problem case:
journalctl -b | grep ‘Enabling HDA controller’
Oct 17 21:11:31 hoobastank-pc kernel: pci 0000:01:00.0: Enabling HDA controller
Oct 17 21:11:35 hoobastank-pc kernel: nvidia 0000:01:00.0: Enabling HDA controller
