You’ve posted this in the forum feedback, whereas this is (very probably) a BIOS/UEFI error so I’ve re-classified your question into the #support:installation channel.
Please read your hardware’s manual on how to access the BIOS/UEFI firmware but on most HPs it’s the F10 key.

Because it’s not a Manjaro issue: it’s an UEFI issue and unless you have the exact same hardware as one of us, (Acer Predator here) we won’t be able to help you and you need to take this to your vendor’s support forum.
