I would like to request a ‘Compress All Image’ feature in libreoffice but I cant find a feedback or feature request section in their website.
I probably will have other things I would like to request them in the future too.

One of the steps I use when I can’t find something on a site, is to do a site search. Basically, just add site:http://www.libreoffice.org to the search argument. This works for startpage, google, duckduckgo.
Some applications, there are links or doc under the Help Menu. In libreoffice’s case, they have Help > Send Feedback, which takes you to the page @raguse listed.
