How do i enable hardware accelerated video decoding?

Since i moved to Linux 6 months ago, Youtube 60 fps videos usually keeps dropping a few frames, this issue happens to all browsers, how do i make the browsers use my gpu for video decoding? I use Microsoft Edge Beta.

This is my edge://gpu report:
