How do I boot back into my Manjaro

After clean installing Windows 10, I lost access to my Manjaro partition as Windows 10 overrid the GRUB bootloader, erasing it completely. I know my files are still there (in the Manjaro partition) but I can’t find a way to boot into it and try to run grub-install to restore GRUB.

Everything went smoothly according to the link you sent until I came to the step of the wiki where:

Try loading the efi filesystem

root # modprobe efivarfs

and when I typed that into my terminal, it outputted:

modprobe: FATAL: Module efivarfs not found in directory /lib/modules/5.9.16-1-MANJARO

Is that a problem or?

I am far from an expert, but as far as I know this kernel is EOL, meaning it is no longer supported. You will have to switch to a supported kernel.

I took a step back and realized I only had to do the following steps if there error messages regarding “EFI variables are not supported on this system”. And so I got back to my Manjaro.

Thanks for the help, @Wollie and @Piscatorius .
