How can I install a specific version of Wine

So, without using playonlinux, is there anyway I can install a specific version of Wine (version 6.0 is what I need to install)?

Hi @basil, and welcome!

I am not sure it’s possible with pacman or pamac. I suspect you’ll have to use a snap Install wine-platform-runtime for Linux using the Snap Store | Snapcraft

I checked for a flatpak, and couldn’t find anything.

Hope this helps!

You can technically hunt for older packages of WINE and install it manually, but it’s highly no recommended as it might come with dependency issues.

You should just use WINE that is in our repo.

You can also use Lutris to install their multiple versions of WINE within the client.
