How can I edit keyboard layouts in manjaro xfce?

hii noob here,
I just installed xfce manjaro for the first time, and added persian keyboard, but some keys aren’t in right place, I can’t edit them and the keyboardct thing that is written here https://wiki.manjaro.org/index.php/Keyboard_Layout Doesn’t work command not found
also another problem I’m having, is despite what active keyboard is active, num keys are always Persian, and I have set “change layout option” into alt+shit, yet only left ctrl+shift does the work and right ones do nothing (right alt is the problem because left alt plus both shifts work together)

Moving to Desktops & Window Managers/XFCE

Did you try to change the keyboard in:

Settings > keyboard > keyboard mapping ?

xfce4-settings-manager

there’s only one persian keyboardd, even when it’s english the numpad keys are persian, and there’s not too many options in keyboard manager to fix my problem.
