I know it is kinda dumb but i didn’t managed to remove this on terminal.
Wish i can provide images or links so i can show what i mean. The up menu on terminal which you have “File” “Settings” “Help”

Right Click on the menu bar and uncheck main toolbar and session toolbar.
I think the key combo is defaulted to Ctrl+Shift+M as well.
