How can I choose my kernel?

I’m new to Linux and I don’t know how can I choose a suitable kernel I just install 3 kernels and the latest one is running is that harm my pc or something and which one is best for AMD rx580 and Ryzen 5 2600x

Whatever suits you:

  • new kernels usually provide new features and/or support for newer hardware
  • brand new kernels often have their paint still wet, so unless you know how to handle your system, you may not want to install it as soon as it is released
  • kernels that are not long-term-support (LTS) have only a few months of official support, and thus are usually to be replaced when a new one is released
  • it is good practice to keep at least a LTS version for backup, in case your most recent one does not work well for you
