How can I assign keyboard shortcuts in KDE? I want to assign the command
shutdown -h now
to the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl +Up +Alt +Page Down” and I can’t do it using the shortcuts.

What does not work?
Does it not recognize so many keys? Or somehow your shortcuts KCM just fails in general? Or?..
Everything works perfectly! However, I can’t assign the keyboard shortcut to the keyboard command.

You can use as many (different) modifiers as you want, however you can only use one normal key.
Also if you have third level shift assigned to a modifier (eg Alt Gr aka Right Alt) it’s treated as a normal key.
