I’m completely new to manjoro so i don’t know a lot of thinks. Is there a way to use mobile hotspot (windows 10 have it in wifi option). I want to use it as wifi source for my mobile phone.

Depends on your hardware. It needs to be supported by the Wifi chip and driver. Even if it works on the same hardware on Windows, it doesn’t mean it will work on Linux. Many drivers on Linux don’t support the access point option.
