try sensors in TUI.
Which device’s temperature is high/which device’s fan is spinning much faster than expect?
Which process takes many CPU resources (GPU?)?

Also, @anon62096739 are you on stable branch? Tried to reboot and to run sudo pacman -Syyu again already?

Are the fans ok (slowly spinning) If to enter BIOS/UEFI settings and to stay there at least for 30-60 seconds?
