High fps ~80 feels like 20fps

so yeah like title. um and also KDE also is super laggy. im using video-nvidia. is this like a nvidia issue? if it is. i do have a rx580 which i could switch to  i know amd is better but for one more week im kinda stuck with this gtx 970 card.

which is even worse like when i try play Anno 1800 thats even worse. FPS from dxvk says 40+ but it feels like 3 or maybe max 5 FPS xD horrible.

ok so now everything is smooth it seems after ive switched to my rx580 card. have not tested games YET.

but for some reason the display configuration setting window wont open.

Can you post inxi -Fza on console ?

What says ```mhwd-kernel -li`` on console ?

Currently running: 5.13.19-2-MANJARO (linux513)
The following kernels are installed in your system:

  • linux513

Can you install kernel 5.14 and kernel 5.10 and test again?
Because kernel 5.13 is EOL.

mhwd-kernel -i linux514 and mhwd-kernel -i linux510

ok ill try 5.14 first. its gonna take awhile. my current internet connection is capped @ 300kbits xD

just updated and switched to kernel 5.14 now it works. marking this as resolved. thanks @Keruskerfuerst
