Help rising D: how to change the gnome activities color with no extensions

i want to change the color of this:

also the windows on the rigth have green color, i want to change them too :c

they are green. i want to make them pink, but i have no idea how.

on i3wm i usually go to a doc and them just pick a new color, can i do the same on gnome to change that green thing and make it and the windows selector pink?
