Headphone mic not working in Google Chrome

After clearing cache for Google Meet in Chrome browser
headphone mic is not working in Google Chrome browser and other apps
It does somehow work in Firefox though
By not working I mean websites say mic not found or give permission and telegram app records audio but no voice is recorded
I had faced same issue months ago, and it had got fixed using commands found on Manjaro forum
Please help fix it
