Headphone Jack and usb headphones don't work

I just installed manjaro kde and nothing shows up in the audio settings its just blank and headphonejack and usb headphones dont work.

I suggest check if the onboard and USB audio devices are shown as connected and available in PipeWire/PulseAudio

pactl list cards

and also if the Active Profile for devices are set to output:analog-stereo
