Interesting. The module seem to be available in the 5.11 kernel at least. I just modprobed it.
Now running sensors also show this for my drives:

temp1: +35.0°C (lowest = +22.0°C, highest = +35.0°C)
nvme-pci-0700
Adapter: PCI adapter
Composite: +40.9°C (low = -273.1°C, high = +84.8°C)
(crit = +84.8°C)
Sensor 1: +40.9°C (low = -273.1°C, high = +65261.8°C)
Sensor 2: +45.9°C (low = -273.1°C, high = +65261.8°C)
Not sure how reliable the high = 65K degrees celcius is though.
