Has SQLite 3.52 been withdrawn by the developers?

Has not version 3.52 been widthdrawn by Dr. Hipp and team? I think they’re going to 3.53 soon and not re-releasing 3.52.

It causes me no issues in that the reason doesn’t affect my code at this time; but I didn’t think the current Manajro updates would include 3.52.
