Badblocks will stay forever. You cannot get rid of it. You can just skip them.

I used the bad block command, am I safe from them for now?
If you need to be 100% sure, then simply replace it with a new hard drive.
I do not think the bad blocks stay the same in HDD, but they appear randomly when HDD head is damaged.
Ill just wait maybe a year or half a month to buy new one… Thank you everyone for the help!
