Please help! After today’s update, gwenview stopped working. I tried installing other programs from the AUR, but it didn’t work. What should I do?

Can you give us the output of gwenview, when running from terminal.
This part is unclear and sounds more about installing software.
Not clear, what did not work.
But lets stick with gwenview issue.

Koko – yet another versatile application under the KDE umbrella.
For the benefit of those interested, once koko is installed, the launcher can be found as “Photos”, under the “Graphic” category of the system application menu.
Glad you found a solution but I’m still wondering why Gwenview isn’t working

@pta If you do wish to investigate the Gwenview issue further, please let us know and we may re-open the thread.
@BG405 I’ve relisted the topic, not that I particularly disagree, but the because the thread inadvertently highlights a nice alternative to Gwenview for KDE users, in the form of Koko (Photos) – a fairly recent addition to KDE, I imagine, which I hadn’t noticed until now.
The thread has also been moved to a more appropriate Support category, but will remain closed.
