GRUB not loading after new installation

I installed Manjaro Cinnamon on my PC to use it as a dual-boot with Windows 10. However, Windows 10 keeps loading every time and I am forced to use the LiveCD and boot the .efi from there.

I used this guide to help install Manjaro as a dual-boot https://forum.manjaro.org/t/wiki-windows-10-manjaro-dual-boot-step-by-step/52668 however as mentioned earlier Windows 10 boots and no grub is shown. I also did try this https://forum.manjaro.org/t/using-livecd-v17-0-1-as-grub-to-boot-os-with-broken-bootloader/24916, but it didn't solve my problem. What else can I do from here?

only one /boot/efi witf flag boot&esp is sda2
not sda9 not sda3

Have you done the 2 [Additional UEFI commands] in the 2nd link you referenced? Make sure you use sda9 in that 2nd command. And I suggest another (third) command just for you

sudo parted /dev/sda set 9 boot on

Then check with 'efibootmgr' that 'manjaro' entry is there and is default bootorder (first in order)
If you reboot and you still wont boot to manjaro, boot up (your way) and check again 'efibootmgr' if the manjaro entry is missing. If it is missing, you most likely have a Lenovo that is tied up with Microsoft. Then see the Lenovo link [Difficult UEFI setups] in that referenced link, but remember you may have the Windows efi file in another $esp to work on (sda2)
