Semitic Language Rendering Problems

Hello there,

I am using Manjaro KDE’s latest stable version. I have a problem with the whole system not being able to render/show the Kurdish Language fonts properly. Kurdish language (Sorani) is a Semitic language, its alphabets are very similar to Arabic and Persian. However, any special character that is not available in Arabic is not shown properly (Arabic texts are fine). It shows this image below

It is also worth mentioning that I have tried installing different font packages, but none of them helped. Your help is highly appreciated.
