Can you try to set dash to dock appareance from ADAPTIVE to FIXED?

In most of cases, gnome-shell crashes due to gnome extensions. Which extensions do you use? It seems like enable or destroy function doesn’t work properly in gnome extension that you used.

Pretty sure this was happening with all the default Manjaro extensions, but I’ve disabled the two extensions I added and will see if it happens again.

@Ste74 I’ve changed opacity to Fixed, and now my settings are like this:

We’ll see if this makes a difference…

Well, after re-enabling the extensions I had in addition to Manjaro defaults, I haven’t seen the problem again, leading me to believe it’s the Dynamic opacity on Dash to Dock.

Thanks @Ste74!

Switched, I will watch.

Setting opacity to Fixed solved it also for me. No crash for over a week.

I had the same issue without knowing what is was, with “User shell themes” extension disable when resumed. Same as here apparently : https://forum.manjaro.org/t/gnome-screenlocking-issues-after-update/66347
also tried DYNAMIC opacity, but it doesn’t work either. Triying FIXED now.
So there is no way to have the same kind of transparency in the dock as the top panel?
