After installing from “manjaro-gnome -20.1-200911-linux58.iso”, I find that mouse double-click speed default setting is too fast “from box” . It will be hard to find mouse settings for new user as me.

I think that’s just the nature of installing (preconfigured) operating systems and the out-of-the-box state may not be like what a user is used to.
If there is a considerable amount of complaints about specific preconfigs, the developers will probably consider changing it. The personalisation process and finding ones way around is part of the fun, I guess.
EDIT: Since I’m not running KDE, I can’t say if it’s that hard to find the mouse settings.
