After the latest update, my Gnome Terminal bugged out with artifacts.
This is fixed by un-checking “Use colors from system theme”.
I am using nvidia proprietary drivers.
Apologies for the camera image, but the artifacts disappear in screenshots. I “can’t embed media items or links in posts” so here is a mangled link.

It’s a bug.
As a workaround, next update to gnome-settings disables system colors for users that have not edited their settings.
Matcha theme just pushed a fix to this in their git repo, next update should do an actual fix.
