The emoji picker in Manjaro copies the emoji to the clipboard, but the site I use (pw.live/studybatches/study) does not allow me to paste (to prevent spamming in the chat section) , Ican only type from keyboard. Is there a way to type emoji without copy paste, like in windows??

If that site has actively disabled pasting, there is nothing much to do for you but ask the site maintainers to add the emoji functionality isn’t that logical?
One posibility would be to manually type the UTF code, of the emoji, using your keyboard-layout’s compose functionality, there are plenty of pages on the internet how to do so for Linux…
PS:
Most site that prevent stuff like that also only accept ASCII characters in that chat by using input filters…
