Getting Issues while I try to power off my machine

I’m using manjaro KDE.
since couple of days. while I shut down my PC, It’s taking lot of time. even some time, says (POWER DOWN) on display. but it’s not get shout down.
I have updated manjaro. even I reinstall manjaro. Still not working.
What should I do ?

some time it’s say -
[12157 .038737] shutdown[1] Failed to finalize fie system, ignoring.
[12157 .806303] reboot: Power down

try with different kernels…

and provide system info:
inxi -zav7
and use formatting for the outputs, click this icon in editor </> and copy the output there;

and does the long shut down happens every time?
