‘mhwd-kernel -l’ says:

 mhwd-kernel -l                                                   ✔ 
available kernels:
   * linux419
   * linux510
   * linux515
   * linux54
   * linux61
   * linux64
   * linux65
   * linux66
   * linux61-rt
   * linux64-rt
   * linux65-rt

So you can install both if you want.

You can run

sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux510

to install the 5.10 Kernel or change the command to ‘linux515’ for the 5.15 Kernel. After that you only need it to choose in grub menu to run the Kernel you want to use.
Its always good to have at least 2 Kernels installed.
