After running manjaro, the mouse gets stuck while moving. Applications sometimes launch with considerable delay. The reaction to any click takes a few seconds. There were such symptoms already during installation (live cd)
I’ve already tried:
-updating the os and refreshing the mirrors
-running a different kernel (and try: 67, 65)
I try install version with standard graphic driver and nividia driver
on windows all in work and i dont have freezes
My laptop:

This looks weird to me. It could be the way its reported. Just looks a little odd.
(single 40gb ram stick, plus 8gb from the motherboard?)
Your system does not report any nvidia card.
How did you try to install an nvidia driver?

Strong of its many members, the Manjaro support forum can provide you help whenever you have an issue with your Manjaro installation. But in order to work efficiently, we shall also ask you to follow three major points.
Provide context
Simply signaling an issue is rarely enough to understand how it occurred. It is thus important to provide details on how it happened:
Detail prior actions leading to the issue.
List solutions and guides you already tried, with links when…

I only try install version with nividia driver.I thought it was the graphics drivers’ fault and I wanted to check if the same would happen after installing the Nvidia version. I know… it didn’t make much sense
I post inxi -Fazy
Please use the correct formatting as described above
The amount of RAM is likely 8GB soldered and one 32GB bank - I don’t think this is an issue.

The Intel VMD shouldn’t be enabled as the KIOXIA device is - at least to my knowledge - not a VMD - of course I could be wrong.
So I would check the firmware and disable VMD.
Why would you install nvidia driver when you have no Nvidia card?
If you expect a Nvidia card to be present in the system - you bought it advertised with Nvidia - then you have a serious hardware issue and you should use the vendor’s support channel - yes I sae it is a Dell - not exactly known for their customer care - at least not where I live.
