Fresh install does not allow Suspend and Hibernate

Looks like a Bluetooth device resumes the laptop immediately after it is suspended.

You could do something like what is described here:

Usually: Go into your UEFI Settings and disable" wake up by usb inputs" at the power management section. The option can be called differently.
